GLKD-300 Boring Rig is a new full hydraulic motor head drilling rig for underground tunnel, applicable to diamond drilling and hard alloy drilling of solid ore deposits. Meanwhile it can be equipped with a down-the-hole hammer to do impact- rotary drilling. It is widely applied in the construction of geological exploration holes, gas holes, water injection holes and anchoring holes in coal nonferrous metal, water, electricity, building, and geological prospecting and mining fields.

Features:

1.it is driven by full hydraulic motor head, with a large throughhole diameter,the motor head is applicable to various drilling methods.

2. the drilling rig is made up with three parts separately: host machine, pump station and control board. So it si easy to carry away.

3. the hydraulic rig has a very high rotating speed and a reasonable rotating speed range and can meet the requirements of small diameter diamond drilling, wire line coring drilling, large diameter hard alloy drilling and various engineering holes’ drilling.

4. the hydraulic system adopts double-pump oil feeding system with a high efficiency and a low power loss.

5. in the deed system, the hydraulic cylinder directly feeds and pulls the drilling tool with a large feeding and pulling force. its feeding pressure and feeding speed can be adjusted to meet the drilling needs of various stratums.

6.drilling, drilling tool pulling and pushing, and drilling tool connecting and dismantling are realized through chuck, clamp holder, and hydraulic geed system. They are easy to operate and have a high level of mechanization.

7.the control board is in favor of person safety since it is controlled in a centralized way and easy to operate and the operator is far away from holes.

8. the hydraulic system is easy to maintain since it has a high functional reliability and the hydraulic components have a high universality.
